Forest Stewardship Council Certification
Several Ennis facilities have a Chain-of-Custody certification from the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) which allows us to place and print the FSC logo on projects that meet FSC standards. FSC is an international, not-for-profit organization that has developed principles and standards to certify forests and forest products. Their goal is to ensure forests are managed in a responsible manner that makes them a truly renewable resource. Certification is awarded based on an independent audit process to ensure that FSC's criteria are met. The chain-of-custody process tracks the possession and transfer of wood products from the forest of origin to the end product. To learn more about FSC, visit www.fsc.org

Sustainable Forestry Initiative Certification
The Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) program integrates the perpetual growing and harvesting of trees with the protection of wildlife, plants, soil, water and air quality.
