Mr. Walters joined the Company in August 1997 as Vice President-Commercial Printing Operations and was appointed Vice Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer in November 1997. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Walters was with Atlas/Soundolier, a division of American Trading and Production Company, a manufacturer of electronic sound and warning systems, from 1989 to 1997, as Vice President of Manufacturing. Prior to that time, Mr. Walters was with the Automotive Division of United Technologies Corporation, an automotive parts and manufacturing company, for 15 years, primarily in manufacturing and operations.
