Mr. Magill joined the company in October 2003 as Vice President. In March 2005 Mr. Magill was named Executive Vice President and assumed responsibility of the Companies three printing groups. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Magill was President and Chief Executive Officer of Safeguard Business Systems, Inc. a privately held company producing checks and forms sold by a network of 360 distributors throughout North America. Mr. Magill had been President and CEO since March of 1999 and prior to that held positions as President and Chief Operating Officer and prior to that position as Senior Vice President and CFO when he joined Safeguard in July of 1997.

Prior to joining Safeguard, Mr. Magill was Executive Vice President and CFO of KBK Capital Corporation, a publicly traded commercial finance company headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Magill joined KBK Capital Corporation after ten years with MCorp, a $20 billion multi-bank holding company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. While at MCorp, Mr. Magill held various positions beginning as head of corporate finance when he began his service and CFO at the end of his service during MCorp’s bankruptcy. Mr. Magill also held various positions with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell, & Co. (now KPMG) and Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young), in his public accounting career.

Mr. Magill received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from UT Arlington, and a Juris Doctorate degree from UT Austin and is a CPA and attorney.
