ENNIS, INC. DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

Keith S. Walters, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ennis, Inc. (NYSE: EBF) announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 15 1/2 cents a share on its common stock. The dividend is payable August 1, 2005 to shareholders of record on July 15, 2005.
