Ennis Business Forms, Inc. (NYSE: EBF), announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 15 1/2 cents a share on its common stock. This is the one hundred and twenty-second consecutive dividend. The dividend is payable on February 2, 2004 to shareholders of record on January 15, 2004.
